Returns and Refunds
What’s your return policy?
Customers can return items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of return
- Buyer can return the item if its defective or the wrong item
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition
- Buyer must notify us at support@stygianstyle.com when returning the item(s)
Customers with shipping addresses in the United States should send returns to our fulfillment center in Dallas: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@stygianstyle.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts-we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
